Have you ever heard of 4MOTION? It is the trademarked name for all-wheel-drive (AWD) systems integrated into Volkswagen 🌞 cars since 1998. Before this, four-wheel-drive versions were known as "Syncro."

When and Where: Exploring 4MOTION

A few months ago, I had 🌞 the opportunity to test drive a Volkswagen Tiguan and experience the 4MOTION system firsthand. The Tiguan, a popular SUV, features 🌞 front-wheel drive for fuel efficiency and better handling on dry roads. However, when the 4MOTION system detects slippery conditions or 🌞 challenging terrains, power is distributed to all four wheels, ensuring superior control.
